The International Symposium on Salivary Gland Tumors

It is my pleasure to announce "The International Symposium on Salivary Gland Tumors" will be held on October 7 and 8, 2015 in Tehran, Iran.  The symposium will be held with the attendance of WHO coordinator and international speaker Prof. Dr. Alena Skalova and aims to collect and summarize the latest updates in new entities, diagnosis and therapeutic choices of salivary gland tumors. The symposium is a joint effort of Iranian association of oral and maxillofacial pathology and School of Dentistry Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) which is the first and foremost dental school in Iran. TUMS Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology as the first department of Oral and maxillofacial pathology in Iran, owns the largest collection of Oral and Maxillofacial lesions in the country (more than 14000 samples) that provides a valuable source for research.
