Descripción: El servicio de Anatomía Patológica del Hospital de la Marina Baixa de Villajoyosa, solicita Patólogo para cubrir baja por maternidad seguida de excedencia (duración aproximada 6 meses) y posterior ocupación de media jornada indefinida con posibilidad de completar o ampliar sueldo con jornada de tarde y Screening de cáncer colon.
- Cubrir baja por maternidad con meses seguidos de vacaciones, lactancia y excedencia con duración aproximada de 6 meses.
- Posterior media jornada indefinida con Jornadas de tarde y Screening de carcinoma colorrectal para ampliar sueldo.
- Incorporación a partir a partir del 01/06
- Jornada laboral de 8 a 15:00 h, de lunes a viernes.

Under the supervision of the head of pathology services, the Pathologist will work alongside the unit staff on diagnostic and research activities.
The ideal candidate has professional experience with diagnostic and research histopathology in the following areas: thoracic surgery pathology, abdominal surgical pathology, urological pathology in adults, soft tissue surgical pathology, pediatric abdominal pathology, needle aspiration cytology of thyroid and deep organs, end-stage organ pathology, and liver, kidney, heart, and lung transplantation pathology in pediatric and adult patients. Teamwork, flexibility, availability to be on-call during nights and holidays, and availability to spend training periods abroad are also instrumental to the role.
- Degree in Medicine and Surgery recognized in Italy, or equivalent title.
- Postgraduate diploma (recognized in Italy or equivalent title) in Anatomy and Histopathology.
- Enrollment in the professional board.
- Work experience in a transplant center.
- Experience in pathology services qualified in the areas of interest (see Ideal candidate's requisites).
- Experience in pulmonary and thoracic pathology.
- Experience in soft tissue tumors.
- Scientific production rated with the H-index.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
Time management, problem solving skills and self-control complete the profile. The contract offered will be commensurate with the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
The workplace is Palermo.
